Program Parameters
Focus and interest under the program are defense firms, loss free with acceptable risk management procedures and internal controls. Defense firms have long-term established relationships with clients and insurance companies. Also a focus on claims free small to medium size firms not involved with hazardous areas of practice. Private law firms that employ up to 60 attorneys. Established practices, which are claims free, demonstrate good quality of management characteristics, strong internal controls, and are located in non-hazardous localities.
